Look at me, making it
I still haven't got over the fact (discovered this morning) that on the Juvenile Fiction section of the Mobipocket site (links in post below) Falling is just across from The Subtle Knife by Philip Pullman.
How's that for exalted company?
If you visit The Romance Studio you'll also see the beautiful cover of Falling in their rotating ads.
And here, at The Long and the Short of It, you'll see my first review. Snippet quoted below:
I adored this story. It was a modern retelling of the fable Rapunzel; where a young girl must escape the preconceptions of her life to find true happiness. This story was a fantastic read. I look forward to more stories from Imogen Howson with relish.
Hm. I just emailed my authors to let them know I'm away next week, and told them to grab me now if there's anything urgent. So a few of the nice, normal authors emailed back saying 'have a good vacation'. One of them, however, replied with URGENT added to the subject line. I clicked on the mail in a panic, and read: Kidding. I cannot tell you what I replied.

Hey there Imogen. Congratulations on the release of "Falling" and the great review. And welcome to the other side of the fence! :) Have a great vacation.
Congrats on the review =)
